Doll Influenced by A Pincushion Design

I chose to sculpt a paper mache doll after the antique,
lady pincushion that sits on my bedroom dresser.
Her petticoats are sewn from very old lace.
A close-up of the upper half of the doll.
The top half of the doll is sculpted from paper pulp
and the lower half is made from sewn and
stuffed fabrics, just like my pincushion doll.
A shot of the back side of the doll, full length.
A full, frontal view of the doll that now
belongs to my mother's small doll collection.
